Refund policy

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on jewellery except for rings. If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods or provide a store credit if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase inside the original packaging.

If you need to swap your item for another size, please return the goods in their original packaging to: Mihi Mai Limited, 34A Crosbie Road, Pukekohe, Auckland 2120. Please also send a pre-paid/self-addressed NZ post courier bag so we can ship the new item back to you.

If you have any further queries, please contact us at info@rerehuaboutique.com and we will respond to you within 1-2 working days.

Please note, we do not issue refunds in any case, instead a store credit is issued for faulty or returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a store credit by email which will be valid for use for 12 months.
